Traditional (Grid) Style
Traditional, or grid style, is what most people think of when they picture a t-shirt quilt. It features equal-sized blocks laid out in a nice, clean grid.
Compared to the mosaic style, this one is timeless, symmetrical, and really pleasing to the eye. It’s also a more budget-friendly option.
Since all the blocks are sized to match the largest graphic, some of the smaller designs may have a bit of blank space around them—but it keeps everything looking neat and consistent.
Sashing can also be added between the blocks to pull out specific colors from the shirts or to make a smaller quilt a bit larger.
